Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions

Rules and regulations that students, parents, teachers and staff must follow in order to ensure a safe, respectful and productive learning environment.

By enrolling in school, students and parents agree to abide by the terms and conditions for school, which may include but are not limited to:

Attendance and punctuality:
Students are expected to attend school regularly and on time, and to notify the school in case of absence. Excessive absences may result in disciplinary action or loss of academic credit.

Behavior and discipline:
Students are expected to behave in a manner that respects themselves, others and school property. Students must follow the school's code of conduct and avoid any actions that may disrupt the learning process or endanger the safety or well-being of others. Students who violate the terms and conditions for school may face consequences such as detention, suspension, expulsion or legal action.

Academic honesty and integrity:
Students are expected to complete their own work and to acknowledge the sources of information or ideas that they use. Students must not cheat, plagiarize, falsify or fabricate any academic work. Students who engage in academic dishonesty may face penalties such as reduced grades, failure of assignments or courses, or dismissal from school.

Dress code and personal appearance:
Students are expected to dress in a way that is appropriate for school and does not interfere with the educational process or violate the rights of others. Students must follow the school's dress code policy and avoid wearing any clothing or accessories that may be offensive, disruptive, provocative or unsafe. Students who do not comply with the dress code may be asked to change their attire or be sent home.

Technology use and privacy:
Students are expected to use school technology resources responsibly and ethically. Students must follow the school's acceptable use policy and respect the privacy and security of others. Students must not access, create, transmit or distribute any material that is illegal, harmful, obscene, hateful or harassing. Students who misuse technology may lose their access privileges or face legal action.
Students and parents are responsible for reading and understanding the terms and conditions for school that apply to them before signing any agreement or contract with the school.

Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time by the school administration or governing body. Students and parents will be notified of any changes in writing or electronically as soon as possible.
